    Q: Why should I become verified?
Solution Verification enhances the security of our network and maintains our compliance with anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist funding legislation.

Verification of an AlertPay Personal Starter or Personal Pro account is necessary if you would like to lift the limits on transactions. Although you do not need to be verified to receive funds, we can ask you to verify your AlertPay account at any time if you want to deposit, withdraw or send money without limitation.

Verification is required for all Business account holders. If you wish you deposit, withdraw and send money, you will have to verify your AlertPay account. You may also need to become verified if you require a password reset or wish to change your country of residence as it appears in your AlertPay account.

If you would like to become verified, please login to your AlertPay account and click on "Become AlertPay Verified" in the "Message Center". This will provide you with information on required documents and available submission methods.
