That is why as of November, 18thAs always, to contact our Customer Support department, you can send us a support ticket detailing your problem, or phone us at +1 (514) 748-5774. 2011, our Customer Support department will be open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST from Monday to Friday.
